Entity Opt-In process URL and process explained within 300 characters – When a customer visits the website and clicks on Login or Register, they are redirected to a page where they must enter their mobile number. On this page, a checkbox is displayed with the statement: “I have read, understood, and hereby accept the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.” This checkbox is pre-selected by default. The words Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are clickable hyperlinks, allowing the customer to review the documents before proceeding. If the customer unchecks the box, the system will prompt them to re-select it, as the process cannot continue without this consent. Once the checkbox is selected again, the customer can click on Request OTP to move forward with the onboarding process.

This step ensures compliance with regulatory requirements by obtaining explicit consent before activating RCS services. The acceptance of these terms is mandatory for the customer to proceed.
