Why Patients Who Have Been Elsewhere Come Here
When you consult with Dr. Neha Verma, the focus begins with understanding your individual fertility journey. Every patient has a different medical history, treatment background, concerns, and goals. Her approach combines careful evaluation, evidence-based treatment, and clear communication to create a personalized care pathway. The aim is to ensure that patients understand their options and feel supported throughout their treatment journey.
Core Principles of Your Treatment
Every clinical decision is governed by rigorous medical evidence, personalized stimulation mechanics, and patient safety.
Personalized care Protocol Tailored to your specific clinical needs.
Fertility treatment should not follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Dr. Neha Verma evaluates your medical history, diagnostic reports, hormonal profile, ovarian reserve, and previous treatment response before planning the next step. Each treatment protocol is designed according to the individual clinical situation, with equal focus on treatment outcomes, safety, and the patient’s overall wellbeing.
Expert Care for Complex and Challenging Fertility Cases
Patients with previous treatment failures or complex fertility concerns often need a careful reassessment rather than simply repeating the same approach. Dr. Neha Verma focuses on understanding previous treatment history, identifying possible contributing factors, and considering appropriate evidence-based options. Her approach is centered on providing patients with clarity, realistic expectations, and a personalized treatment strategy.
Thorough Evaluation Before Starting the Next Treatment
Before beginning a new treatment cycle, understanding the underlying factors is essential. A detailed review of previous investigations, hormonal parameters, ovarian reserve, uterine factors, and other relevant clinical information helps guide treatment planning. Dr. Neha Verma believes that careful evaluation at the beginning can help identify important factors and support a more informed and personalized treatment approach.
Every Treatment Governed by Tripartite Clinical Consensus
At Gunjan IVF World, no patient is treated by an isolated practitioner. Your fertility roadmap unites primary consultant care, precision embryology leadership, and centralized medical director oversight.

Thin Endometrium Care
Every transfer failed because Patient's endometrial lining was consitantly thin.
After two unsuccessful IVF cycles, A Patient had started believing that her body simply could not support an implantation. Her embryos had developed well, but each transfer ended with the same disappointing result. Her endometrial lining remained persistently thin despite repeated medication and monitoring. She had been told to try another cycle, but no one had taken the time to understand why her lining was not responding as expected or whether something else was being missed.
Instead of simply repeating the same protocol, I took a closer look at Patients uterine environment, treatment history, and previous cycle responses. After personalized treatment and careful monitoring, her lining showed meaningful improvement. The next frozen embryo transfer was planned only when the uterine environment was considered ready. This time, the pregnancy test was positive—and the pregnancy progressed normally.
Azoospermia
They told us there was no sperm. We were told there was no hope
After years of trying to conceive, the couple was devastated when tests showed azoospermia. They had already been advised to consider donor sperm and felt they had very few options left. Before making that decision, we looked more closely at his reports and medical history to understand whether there was an underlying cause and whether sperm retrieval could still be possible.
I didn’t want to assume that azoospermia meant the end of their options. I reviewed his history and coordinated the next steps for a detailed evaluation and sperm retrieval assessment. Once viable sperm were identified, we planned treatment using ICSI. For them, the most important part was knowing that their own biological pathway had not been overlooked—and that there was still a possibility worth exploring.
Recurrent Implantation Failure
Three transfers, three negatives. We just wanted to know why.
After three unsuccessful embryo transfers, the couple came to us exhausted and unsure of what to try next. Their embryos had looked promising, yet implantation had repeatedly failed. Rather than immediately planning another transfer, I reviewed their complete treatment history, embryo details, uterine evaluation, and previous cycle responses to understand what might have been overlooked.
I didn’t want their next transfer to simply be another attempt. We focused on identifying and addressing the factors that could be affecting implantation, while preparing the uterus carefully for the next cycle. Once we were satisfied with the overall treatment plan, we proceeded with a personalized frozen embryo transfer. This time, the pregnancy test was positive—and they finally had the reassurance they had been waiting for.
