Gunjan IVF World (operated by Gunjan Healthcare Private Limited, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “the Clinic”) is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Contact & identity information — name, age, gender, address, phone number, email address.
• Medical & health information — clinical history, diagnosis, investigation reports, treatment records, and other health data you provide to our doctors or clinical staff. This constitutes sensitive personal data or information under the SPDI Rules and is handled with heightened care.
• Enquiry & booking information — details submitted via contact forms, booking requests, or phone/WhatsApp enquiries.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and server logs.
• Communications — records of calls, emails, or messages you send us for the purpose of responding to your queries.

We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18 years of age without parental or guardian consent.

2. Consent and Legal Basis

By submitting an enquiry form, booking a consultation, or continuing to use our website, you provide your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy.

For sensitive personal data (including medical and health records), we obtain explicit written or electronic consent before processing. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of prior processing and may, in certain cases, prevent us from continuing your clinical care.

By submitting your contact details, you expressly consent to receiving appointment reminders, treatment communications, and health information via call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp, including if your number is registered under TRAI DND guidelines, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may retain certain data even after the conclusion of our services where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: request access to a copy of your personal data; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request erasure, subject to legal retention obligations and clinical necessity; withdraw consent at any time; and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see Section 10).

To exercise these rights, please write to our Grievance Officer with a copy of a government-issued identity document. We will endeavour to respond within 30 days of receipt of a valid request.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google Maps, YouTube). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit.
